Features
The details behind the magic — how Epicly captures sessions, writes recaps, builds your wiki, and preps your next game night.
How it works
Create a campaign, upload your first session, get your recap. That's the whole setup. No configuration, no learning curve, no Sunday-night admin.
After that, each new session takes about a minute to upload. Epicly does the rest: session recap, GM insights, and a fully updated wiki — automatically.
Already mid-campaign? No problem!
Epicly has no problem hitting the ground running — just start uploading from your next session and go from there. If you have existing notes, you can backfill your Campaign Codex manually at any pace that works for you. Epicly will keep everything up to date from that point forward.
Step 1
Add your player list to get started.
Step 2
Use Discord, Zoom, or your phone — if it captures audio, Epicly can hear it.
Step 3
Drag-and-drop the files. We handle transcription and speaker identification.
Step 4
Summaries include plot twists, character moments, loot, loose threads, and more.
Step 5
Your NPCs, locations, quests, and more automatically become a living, searchable wiki.
Step 6
Invite your party to view everything, copy to Discord, or export as PDF.

The same session - two different voices
The party infiltrated the Brotherhood's hideout beneath the Rusty Flagon. After subduing two guards, they recovered Lord Caelen's correspondence — confirming his involvement in the conspiracy. The session ended with a decision: confront him publicly, or use the letters as leverage.
Lo, what secrets slumber 'neath the tavern's creaking boards! The bold company laid hands upon Caelen's damning letters, and from his trembling courier wrested the truth most precious. Now they stand at the crossroads of fate — the swift sword of justice, or the patient quill of blackmail?
Campaign Codex - The Living Wiki
The Codex builds itself as you play with profile pages written and updated for everything after each session.

Smart Chatter Filtering
Epicly knows what actually matters.
It knows the difference between a dramatic plot reveal and someone asking if anyone wants more chips. Out-of-game chatter, pizza orders, and rules debates stay out of your recap. You never have to clean up the transcript yourself.
